1. Introduction

It is the duty of the client to ensure that all users associated with their account adhere to these Terms.

• Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Boxalino AG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the client's users' violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.

• Legal Action: Boxalino AG reserves the right to take legal action against any user or client who violates these Terms, infringes upon the rights of Boxalino AG, or engages in illegal activities using the app. This includes cooperation with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on the app.

6. Termination

• Immediate Termination for Breach: Boxalino AG reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Winning Interactions app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any user or client who breaches these Terms. This is a serious action that we do not take lightly, but it is necessary to maintain the integrity and security of our app and our users.

• Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. If you are a client, this may also result in the termination of access for all associated users under your account. It is imperative to understand that termination may involve deletion of your account information and any content you have submitted or created within the app.

• Legal Implications: Termination for breach may carry legal implications for the offending party, particularly if their actions have caused harm or damages to Boxalino AG or other users. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such breaches.

• Notification of Termination: While we aim to provide notice where feasible, there are circumstances under which we may need to terminate an account immediately without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected party promptly of such termination.
